Hi, I'm Abigail - the creator of Muscle Munchiez! In the last few years, I've decided to change my lifestyle around and begin my weight loss & muscle building journey. After the first few months of my journey, I began making my own high-protein, lower calorie alternatives to my favorite snacks and desserts 😋. Many of us struggle with wanting our favorite food items, but not wanting to feel the guilt. Muscle Munchiez brings the flavor without the negative feelings!
